The Goodman GLZS4BA3610 / AMST42CU1300 heat pump system has a capacity of 3 tons (36,000 BTU) and in an ideal climate, this tonnage will normally cover up to a medium sized house. The higher the SEER2 rating, the less electricity is needed to keep your house cool in the summer. Most new standard systems have a SEER2 rating of 14.3, while this system reaches 15.2 SEER2 - this high efficiency ensures you will save on utility bills with maximum comfort!

GLZS4 Heat Pump Condenser
Goodman GLZS4 series of heat pump condensers are manufactured with a durable cabinet that has easily accessible gauge ports and service valves with sweat connections, allowing for a faster and easier installation process. This unit comes equipped with a factory-installed filter drier, compressor crankcase heater, and a high-capacity muffler - these features protect the unit from impurities in the refrigerant and other general wear and tear.
With its sound control top insulation and SmartShift technology for quiet and reliable defrost cycles, the GLZS4 heat pump has some of the lowest sound outputs on a single stage unit on the market today. All of these features are packed into a unit made of high-quality materials designed to lower your installation and maintenance costs, while providing a superior comfort in your home.
AMST Air Handling Unit
The Goodman AMST utilizes a heavy-gauge cabinet structure with SmartFrame technology in its sub-structure and special mounting features on the cabinet. This, along with it's multi-positional nature - compatible with upflow, downflow, or horizontal orientations - allows the Goodman AMST to be easily installed almost anywhere it fits!
For easier maintenance, there are two panels on the front to access vital areas on the air handler. The AMST series of air handlers lives up to Goodman's comfort expectations with its multi-speed ECM motor and all-aluminum evaporator coil, which provides a more precise and efficient temperature control. Overall this unit is designed with durability and comfort in mind, making it a reliable solution for your home.
